AN ALLEGED American paedophile, Patrick Ken Larbash, 65, who is said to have video-taped about eight Ghanaian children sucking his penis (Blow Job) in his house at Adjomanikope near Sege in the Dangme East District, is presently in prison custody pending further investigations into the allegation.
The 65- year-old retired teacher from Minnesota in the United States of America is believed to be one of many paedophiles in the world who lure innocent children into lewd acts and sell the pictures to operators of pornographic websites.
At the end of every video, he comments on the act of each child and explicitly mentions their names and locations.
One of the comments read: ‘An 11-Year-Old Black Cocksucker, Filmed location in Dawa, Ghana’, while another had the caption: ‘A Six-Year-Old Cocksucker. She loves the taste of cock,’ and ‘Filmed at the request of the victim’.
The video recording of the sex acts lasted about three minutes each, with some of the victims looking exhausted after what looked hectic for them.
In the videos, the accused person’s face never appeared as he held their heads and from time to time asked them to look straight into the camera.
In other videos, some of the victims were seen sitting in the background in a queue, apparently waiting for their turn, while they all kept a straight businesslike face, except for one of the victims who was believed to be living with the alleged paedophile.
The accused, according to the Tema Regional Co-ordinator of the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU), Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mrs. Rebecca Nyamah, has denied the charges levelled against him.
However all the 8 children have named Larbash as the man who gave them toffees, food and also allowed them to watch movies in his house in exchange for sucking his penis.
Speaking to DAILY GUIDE exclusively in her Tema office yesterday, the DOVVSU Co-ordinator noted that on August 28, 2009 her outfit got a complaint from the Regional Director of Department of Women and Children Affairs, Accra Secretariat that some children confessed to her that a certain man had been asking them to suck his penis for toffees.
The DOVVSU Co-ordinator disclosed that the complainant narrated to her how some little girls between the ages of 3 and 12, after a sensitization programme on Domestic Violence Act 732 at Adjomanikope, confided in her about the alleged unholy acts of the accused person.
Continuing with her narration, Mrs. Nyamah observed that the children further alleged that Larbash usually lured them into his room with toffees to suck his almost dead-nerved penis and that he also compelled them to swallow his semen after discharging into their mouths.
The children alleged that the expatriate always recorded the acts with his video camera and sometimes mobile phone.
“Armed with that information, a team from the regional command was sent to Adjomanikope where the accused was arrested in House Number ADJ 118,” she stated.
She said a search was conducted in the house of the accused and a computer and the suspect’s cell phone, Nokia 6080, both containing pornographic materials, were found. Items such as a digital camera, pen drive and other recording gadgets, believed to have been used by the accused in filming the sex acts on the kids, were also retrieved from the house.
“All the children who were identified in the video footages were later interrogated, including one of them who lives with the accused as his house-help, and all admitted having been sucking the penis of the accused several times for toffees, food and a film show,” she told DAILY GUIDE and added that after thorough investigations, the accused was charged with the offences.
She explained that one of the victims had earlier on reported Larbash’s behaviour to her parents who later asked her to demonstrate to them how the accused lured them into sucking his penis. She stated that the said child moved closer to her father and tried to pull off his trousers to demonstrate how she always sucked the accused person’s penis.
The accused was said to have relocated to Adjomanikope after fleeing Techiman where he was living, upon realizing that elders of the community were beginning to suspect him of luring little girls into similar sex acts.

"Some in China think that America will try to contain China's ambitions; some in America think that there is something to fear in a rising China." "We've got about 80 percent done," Gibbs said.
He cited agreements from organizations of doctors, hospitals, retirees and drug makers. He noted that the Senate Finance Committee is working to resolve differences, and Speaker Nancy Pelosi is pushing for a House vote before the August recess. "We see progress as being made," Gibbs said.
It doesn't appear that Obama will be making any public comments on health care today, but he will be out and about over the next two days.
A "tele-town hall" with the AARP - the retiree organization - is on Obama's schedule for Tuesday. Gibbs said. The next day, he will travel to discuss health care during town halls at a North Carolina high school and in southeastern Virginia.

Recommend President Obama and a special guest conducted a little soccer diplomacy today.
Joseph "Sepp" Blatter, the president of world soccer's governing body, said he formally invited Obama to next year's World Cup tournament in South Africa, and that Obama directed his aides to look into the prospect.
"He said, 'look at the agenda,' " Blatter reported after the meeting.
The World Cup is the globe's biggest sporting event, and probably the biggest event of any kind to ever be held in Africa.
Obama, meanwhile, asked the head of the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) to consider the United States as host for the quadrennial event, either in 2018 or 2022. (The 2014 World Cup will be in Brazil.)
"I have to be neutral in all these matters," Blatter said when asked his reaction to Obama's lobbying.
Obama's hometown of Chicago was one of the U.S. cities that hosted games during the 1994 World Cup.
Blatter said he and the president also talked about the U.S. national team's near-upset of might Brazil last month, as well as yesterday's embarrassing 5-0 loss to Mexico. They also discussed the prospect of education programs in connection with the game that every other country in the world calls football. "Football is a game played everywhere," Blatter said.
FIFA officials also presented Obama with soccer balls for his daughters. The president proceeded to bounce one of them off his foot and off his head, according to Blatter.
Blatter did not discuss the U.S. chances to land a World Cup, but did point out that the last two tournaments were in Asia and Europe; the next two are in Africa and South America. "North America would be a normal going around," he said.
Blatter also said the 1994 World Cup organization in the United States left a "good legacy."
As for Blatter's invitation, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs joked that he personally is eager to go to South Africa for the World Cup, but "scheduling has warned me not to accept unilaterally."
Landing the World Cup isn't Obama's only shot at sports diplomacy; his administration is also pushing Chicago as host of the 2016 Summer Olympics, an effort also discussed by Obama and Blatter. The International Olympic Committee will make that decision later this year

Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills was born on July 21st, 1944, at Tarkwa in the Western Region of Ghana and hails from Ekumfi Otuam in the Mfantsiman East Constituency of the Central Region. He launched a lifelong interest in acquiring knowledge at Achimota Secondary School, where he obtained his General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level in 1963. To further his education, he attended the University of Ghana, Legon, where he received a bachelor's degree and professional certificate in Law (1967). While earning a PhD in Law from the prestigious School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, John Evans Atta Mills was selected as a Fulbright scholar at the equally prestigious Stanford Law School in the United States of America. At age 27, he was awarded his PhD after successfully defending his doctoral thesis in the area of taxation and economic development. Prof. Mills' first formal teaching assignment was as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ghana, Legon where he spent close to twenty five years imparting knowledge (as well as other institutions of higher learning) rising from lecturer to senior lecturer then to associate professor. His contribution to intellectual development is remarkable having served on numerous boards and committees. During the almost 30 years of teaching and researching Prof. Mills served as a visiting lecturer and professor at a number of educational institutions worldwide and presented research papers at symposiums and conferences throughout the world. Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills, the Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2008 General Elections, is a man of high integrity, humble, a liberal minded person who consults and peace is his watch-word. He is known in Ghana as "Asomdweehene" which literally means the "King of Peace". He is an academician, sportsman and an astute politician. John Evans Atta Mills is the only person who has ran for President on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for three consecutive times in the history of the Party. He won the Presidency on the third attempt in the 2008 general elections. (December 7th & 28th,2008 and January 2nd 2009 -28th December,2008 and January 2nd 2009 elections were Presidential run-offs) Publications Professor Mills who campaigned on "CHANGE" during the 2008 elections has more than a dozen publications to his credit. These include: Taxation of Periodical or Deferred Payments arising from the Sale of Fixed Capital (1974), Exemption of Dividends from Income taxation: A critical Appraisal (1977), Report of the Tax Review Commission, Ghana, parts 1,2&3, (1977) and Ghana's Income Tax laws and the Investor. (An inter-faculty lecture published by the University of Ghana).
